THE CHALLENGE

PatientsLikeMe had just broken ground on a bold new genomics research project; a longitudinal, cross-condition, biological and experiential study with the goal of recruiting thousands of study participants. They needed a way to differentiate themselves in a market typically crowded in blue hues. After working with a New York-based agency to develop a bold new brand, PatientsLikeMe needed to turn those creative concepts into a cohesive, living brand.

OUR SOLUTION

Salt + Pep took the new brand attributes and transformed them into a full and cohesive brand experience. Beginning with expanding their color palette based on their product team’s needs, updating their logo application options, and evolving their key messaging so that it more closely aligned with the way their patients communicated, we helped PatientsLikeMe roll out a new website and a library of marketing and sales collateral so that every touchpoint felt consistent, eye-catching, and reflective of the brand’s mission.
